The Makings of an Army! By Daniel Pontious

The impression that the Lord gave me this morning I will try to describe as best I can, so bear with me.

I saw a vast land of valleys, hills, forests and grasslands. In the midst of the valleys, hills and forests people began coming out of caves, holes in the ground and other hidden places I couldn't see. As they came forth they all began to walk in the same direction as if following a Sound or a Voice.

As they emerged from those places of obscurity and into the grasslands they saw each other and without hesitation joined arms together; one after another they kept coming, emerging from hidden places to converge upon this one place. As they came together they continued to link arms, hundreds and then thousands of them all across this meadow until it looked like a woven tapestry from the air.

There was no breaks in their ranks and it was as though they were all focused on the Sound or Voice that had brought them there. Once the scene was complete they began to release a certain Sound, it was as if they were singing but it sounded like no song I have ever heard in the Earth before and as it went forth the Earth and everything in front of them began to resonate with the Life of God. Colors got brighter, that which was dead came back to life and the waters that looked cloudy and poisonous cleared.

That Sound went forth across the Earth in front of them like a wave out at Sea and caused massive change in the atmosphere of the Landscape, it was like an invasion of the Life of God Himself.

I believe that the Lord is bringing together an army, not just any army, but an army of those He has hidden away for such a time as this. Ones who when they come forth will March only to the Sound of His Voice and resonate with only Him. As they come together they will recognize each other without hesitation because of the Sound of His Voice. They will link together as if they were designed that way much like the Valley of Dry Bones (Ezekiel 37).

Those who have been hidden away are gathering, Father is calling them forth and as they come together we are going to hear the sound of Heaven released in the Earth like never before. If you've been hidden away for what seems like forever, now may be the time He is calling you forth, for such a time as this. Lord let it Come and may Your Glory, Sound and Resonance fill the Earth with Your Life as the Waters cover the Sea!

Shaking Off Passivity and Preparing For The Suddenly Of God.

Your effectiveness in the moment of spontaneity or the suddenly of God is deeply connected as to how you steward the moment of preparation. We are in a season where the plowman is overtaking the reaper. Many things are happening simultaneously. God is removing the constriction of past man made structures that limited your potential. Lift your eyes up, there is no limit. In a dream this morning I saw the Lord removing the underpinning and the undermining of the spirit of passivity and intimidation (Ahab), I saw this spirit had targeted the heart of people with a large almost knife like pin. I sense many have been attacked with waves of passivity, with the cloudy daze of indecision, where your ability to make important destiny decisions are paralyzed not because of wisdom but rather because of a carnal guard that is really intimidation and fear. I saw the Lord removing this pinning down and releasing a double portion over the grace of decision making because of the importance of the season. Every veil of indecision is lifting, every strain in your judgement is fading, and the Spirit of God is energizing with fresh faith, courage, and clarity. This attack has sought to make you ineffective in this hour of action. But God is removing the cloud of passivity, intimidation, and indecision, He is removing the tendency that these things breed, which are the abdication of your authority, the abdication of opportunity with the “maybe” of a better thing or timing and procrastination. God is breathing upon a fire and boldness that is stirring and awakening your spirit. We have a sure foundation that is Christ Jesus, so move with boldness, make decisions, take action, steward the moment so that the full potential of the suddenly of God can catapult you into the deepest reach of your promised future. Press toward the mark of your high calling and move with Him!

To church leaders that walk in insecurity and jealousy, those who carry zeal and passion for Jesus Christ and the advancement of His kingdom always look like rebellious and prideful people.

In an open vision, I saw the spirit of Saul (insecurity and jealousy) operating through church leaders that is currently attempting to assassinate a new breed of davidic leaders who are crazy about the presence of Jesus and absolutely love prayer, worship, and the place of encounter. This next generation of leader doesn't care who is preaching or leading, so long as God manifests His glory.

I feel deeply compelled by the Spirit of God to speak a father's blessing as a leader in the body of Christ over a new generation of firebrands that understands that the current wineskin of the contemporary Church cannot contain the new wine God is pouring out. I declare, "You are not rebellious or prideful because you know there has to be more than church programs, 3 songs, and a nice motivational sermonette. Your concern over many church leaders who have lost the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit because they have forgotten their first love is justified.

Even as your heart has longed to be fathered and given permission to burn for Jesus, do not allow an orphan heart and a spirit of bitterness to grab a hold of your heart. Yes, you are hurting and feel rejection, but as you walk in humility and allow God to heal you, He will use you in the days ahead to do that for those you lead which your fathers refused to do for you."

Many of these new breed of davidic leaders and firebrands rising have not been fathered and released like they should have because of the jealousy and insecurity of their leaders, but in the days ahead, they will move in an opposite spirit! Because they were constricted and oppressed, when they lead, they will release and empower. Because all they knew were leaders who lost the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit, they will walk in intimacy and a spirit of prayer.

I'm absolutely convinced that an old wineskin of church leaders is being prophetically exposed for what it really is in the earth and a new breed of leaders is being prophetically forth in this hour that will walk in humility, healing, and honor.

Three Waves

I hear the Lord say, “Enjoy the peace. Enjoy the final days of Summer and the first days of Autumn. Enjoy the quietness around you for it is about to change!” I asked Him what He meant? “Do you remember those ‘new mantles’ I spoke about? Look closely around you. I have started to unveil those new mantles. I have started to give one or two their new gifts.” I knew this was fact not prophecy for I had read reports - “The fear of God hit me yesterday, something extraordinary is happening in the churches in Bremen. pastors are getting new supernatural gifts it's amazing. Deep healing is taking place, it's extraordinary to watch. So exciting.”(Yinka Oyekan)

The Lord continued, “Yes, I am sending a fresh ‘fear of the Lord’ among you for you shall all see these new gifts, and greater, and you shall both fear and glorify Me. There is coming the first wave of gifting, miracles, and salvations. These shall be, as it were, a taster for you. This first wave shall see you fall to your knees in the glory. You will want to prostrate yourselves before me - the power of My presence shall be great.”

“Then comes the second wave. Greater mantles, greater anointing, greater presence. When My glory comes into your meetings it will literally knock people off their feet. You will not be able to stand when I bring My Glory into your meetings but I will bring revelation and impartation to you.”
“The third wave will redefine revival! My people will be persecuted, but their love will overcome. I am returning My church to its first century roots. Churches will be cleaned up and sin will reduce.

No-one will go hungry or homeless or otherwise be in need. There will be a lack of need in the church. Anointed people will walk hospital wards and the sick will be healed as they walk past. Anointed people will walk into psychiatric units and healings will astound the medical profession. Anointed people will walk into a large supermarket and both customers and staff will be healed instantly. Sick people, addicts, and abusers will walk into a church and be healed, where necessary repenting, without knowing why they are even there.”

“After this third wave”, says the Lord, “when the houses of God shake during prayer times, then you will know I am coming and I am near!”

FRESH MANNA DELIVERED DAILY

In the book of Exodus when Moses brought the Israelites though the wilderness, they continually murmured to him complaining that he brought them out there to die of starvation. The Lord then supernaturally sent manna from heaven to feed them by day, and quail to feed them by night. Moses told them that the manna must be eaten before the morning, and then fresh manna and quail would be supplied each day. For those who saved the manna and the quail until the morning found that it bread worms and stank.

The Lord says; I want to supply My people with fresh manna daily. Don't go back to the manna of yesterday because it will be ineffective and may even be harmful to you. As you read My word I will continually supply you with fresh revelation daily. I Am the living bread that came down from heaven and My Word is fresh manna. Don't go back to your old way of believing because I have taken you to a new level, and I will continue to open your eyes to new things. I am releasing you from doctrines that are unproductive, and that do not bear fruit. You are no longer under the law or the traditions of man, but you are living in the New Covenant of My grace.

Then I read Psalm 103:7. He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. He spoke to Moses directly because He had a personal relationship with him and considered him to be a friend. The children of Israel only knew of His acts and experienced His miracles, but they did not know His ways. He went before them in a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night to protect them. He had parted the Red Sea for them and drowned their enemies (The Egyptian army) that pursued them.

In the New Testament in book of (John 6:30 -59) the people wanted to see miracles just as the Israelites received manna in the Old Testament. Jesus told them that He was the living bread that came down from heaven. We are now under the New Covenant where we could receive fresh manna from heaven daily as we are partakers of our Covenant with Jesus.

Don't be afraid, to leave the old manna, to receive the new. You will also experience the deliverance of the Lord. I will bring you out, to bring you in and I will fight for you. You only need to be still and let go of that which is stale and stagnant. As I was with Moses, I will be with you. You will have favor in my sight and not only experience My miracles, but you will know My ways says the Lord.

Exodus 14:27-29

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and when the morning appeared, the sea returned to its full depth, while the Egyptians were fleeing into it. So the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea. Then the waters returned and covered the chariots, the horsemen, and all the army of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them. Not so much as one of them remained. But the children of Israel had walked on dry land in the midst of the sea, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.

Exodus 33:11a

The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend.

John 6:31-36

Our fathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written, 'He gave them bread from heaven to eat.'" Then Jesus said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from heaven, but My Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world." Then they said to Him, "Lord, give us this bread always." And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.
